    Booking Procedure

1. Confirm availabilty by contacting Ann by text, phone or email.
2. Send completed booking form and deposit payment to address provided on confirmation email. Online bookings using all major credit cards will be accepted subject to a surcharge, details available on request. All bookings are subject to our Booking Terms and Conditions.
3. Send payment for final balance not less than 70 days prior to stay.
4. Send breakage deposit payment (refundable) not less than 14 days prior to stay.
5. On receipt of full payment, detailed directions and house key code will be provided.
6. If you require an airport pickup please provide flight details as soon as you have them.
