Lounge The lounge is very spacious with seating arrangements consisting of two three seater settees and two reclining chairs. Satellite TV, DVD, sound system, games console, library and board games are provided for your entertainment. A ceiling fan and air conditioning / heating unit are provided for your comfort. |

Kitchen The kitchen is well proportioned and is fitted with an electric cooker, microwave oven, kettle, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and bread maker. A good selection of cooking utensils are also provided |

Master Bedroom The master bedroom is very spacious and is fitted with a king size bed. The highlight of this bedroom is the floor to ceiling picture window with breathtaking sea and mountain views. En-suite facilities in the adjoining bathroom include shower cubicle, bath, bidet and WC. The fitted wardrobes offer ample storage for clothes and personal belongings. Air conditioning / heating is provided for your comfort and a hair dryer is provided for your convenience. |

Bedrooms 2 and 3 These bedrooms both contain two single beds. Ample clothes storage is provided and both rooms have cooling fans. One of the bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom. | ||
Additional Sleeping Arrangements Two fold away beds are provided but these are only suitable for children. A fold away cot is also provided. A further double bed can be made up up in the Main bedroom on request. Utility Room A wash basin, WC and washing machine are located in the utility room. Laundry Facilities In addition to the washing machine an ironing board and steam iron are provided for your convenience |

During those warm summer evenings relax with friends or family on Casa Vellila's private terrace. Enjoy a barbeque and glass of rioja. During the day stretch out on the sunbeds and reclining chairs and enjoy the pleasant breeze. If it gets too hot you will find shelter under the gazebo. |

The views from the terrace are breathtaking. Mountains to the east and views over the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea to the south. The sweet fragrance from the trellis plants adds to the ambience. |

There are two good size themed pools available for the owners exclusive use, the infinity pool and the panoramic pool. A lifeguard is in attendance at the infinity pool between 10 am and 8 pm. (June to Sept) There is a plentiful supply of sun loungers and both pool decks have WC, changing and heated shower facilities. Occupancy rates are low and it is not unusual for the pools to be unoccupied. The views from both pool decks are breathtaking and the surrounding palm trees and exotic plants provide a very relaxing setting. There is a barbeque area on the infinity pool deck. |

The area around the house is landscaped with palm trees, banana trees and many exotic plants. The area where the house is located is named Fuentes de Almunecar. In Spanish this means fountains of Almunecar. It derives its name from the developer’s conceptual design, a prestige development with luxury properties in a tropical location all linked together by streams and fountains. In the sprimg and summer the walls are adorned with an array of red, pink and orange flowers, with sweet fragrance of Dame del Noche and jasmine. |
